Raman spectra were recorded using the Horiba LabRAM HR800 Evolution spectrometer with 488 nm excitation, and 600 gr/mm for mapping or 633 nm excitation and 1800 gr/mm for Raman spectra registration. Raman shift and FWHM (full width at half maximum) of band ν3(SiO4) in zircon were obtained by spectra deconvolution on Voight function (Váczi 2014); the errors were defined as difference between maximum and minimum of several spectra deconvolutions.
