Digital model of strategic enterprise management
Description
The purpose of the article is to create theoretical and methodological prerequisites for the development of a digital model for strategic enterprise management taking into account Industry 5.0 priorities. To achieve this purpose, terminological analysis and descriptive and faceted methods of qualitative research were used to identify non-physical objects of enterprise management, digitize them, and establish logical connections between them. The article develops a sequence of enterprise transformation, including digital stages and processes for transitioning this enterprise from one state to another. An identification series is created that allows for determining and systematizing real and virtual objects of strategic enterprise management. An algorithm for justifying and implementing management decisions is developed, and an integrated organizational structure for digital enterprise management is created, with a focus on using artificial intelligence to design a digital twin for managing this enterprise.
