Description

A sample size of 1158 patients were classified categorically by severity of reaction. Detection of a difference between groups in trend of reaction severity was calculated using Spearman’s Correlation and Cochran-Armitage trend tests. A p-value of less than 0.05 was considered significant. The SAS University Edition package was used for statistical analysis
