Appendix A includes ten interviews in Vietnamese language (including one piloting interview) lasted for 994 minutes with transcripts of 257 pages. Appendix B reports the procedure of constructing a composite narrative story on teachers’ interview transcripts. Appendix C provides full accounts of the analytical process.
