Supplementary material for Sanford N & Woodward TS (2021) Functional delineation of prefrontal networks underlying working memory in schizophrenia: A cross-data-set examination. Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience.
Description
Note: full reference and doi for the accepted manuscript will be provided here when they become available. This research used multi-experiment fMRI constrained principal component analysis (fMRI-CPCA) to delineate task-related networks comprising prefrontal cortex, with a special interest in brain activity associated with working memory deficits in schizophrenia. The main manuscript focuses on two networks labelled the "Internal Attention Network" and the "Energizing Network". The supplementary material provided here contains the following information: 1. Additional clinical information for the schizophrenia outpatient group. 2. fMRI data acquisition and preprocessing details. 3. Results pertaining to the Auditory-Motor Attention Network (component 3) and the Motor Response Network (component 4). 4. Summaries of task performance on the verbal working memory (WM), spatial capacity (SCAP), and task-switch inertia (TSI) tasks.
