dataset of electron microscopy images comprising individual nanoparticles consists of total images of the carbon materials with deposited palladium nanoparticles (contains 750 images representing predominantly ordered nanoscale structures). Types of features are sheet borders, grain boundaries, solitary particles, Big bright particles, and circles.
