Raman spectra of diabetic and control rat serum samples. These data were used in publication "Correlation between polysaccharides and lipids in diabetes. Raman study combined with multivariate, machine learning and statistics analyses". Analysis of Raman spectra was performed by 2T2D correlation and machine learning analyses. These spectra are already preprocessed. The file contains the spectra used for the figures and is named as such (Fig 1a,). Machine learning was performed on the data showed in the Fig 2a1, 2a2, 2b1, 2b2, 3a and 3b whereas 2T2D correlation of Raman spectra was showed in the Fig 5
