Description

Raman spectra of diabetic and control rat serum samples. These data were used in publication "Impact of Diabetes on balance of proteins, lipids, and polysaccharides in serum – Raman spectroscopy study supported with machine learning". Analysis of Raman spectra was performed by Pearson correlation and machine learning analyses. These spectra are already preprocessed. The files contain the spectra used for the figures and is named as such (Fig 1a, 1b). Machine learning was performed on the data and showed in the Fig 4, 5 whereas Pearson correlation of Raman spectra was showed in the Table 1.
