This dataset contains the population, Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index, and geospatial data for the cities and municipalities of the Philippines in 2020 and Python scripts used, as well as figures from the Supplementary Material in Zipf's law deviations: The case of Philippine cities and municipalities in 2020. It also contains a YML file for creating a virtual environment to run the scripts.
