Genomic data of pretreatment tumors in advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma

Description

In this prospective phase II clinical trial, patients with advanced or metastatic intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma underwent tumor biopsy before treatment. The tumor tissues were subjected to targeted gene sequencing to identify tumor mutational burden and therapy-related potential targets, thereby guiding precision oncology therapy.
