Description

In this study, using the endangered yellow cardinal (Gubernatrix cristata) as a representative case, we develop a universally applicable framework for assessing extinction risks, incorporating the impacts of climate change, anthropogenic pressures, and biotic interactions. This dataset contains primary data for published results. It includes calibration areas, scripts and records to obtain estimations of geographic distributions through ecological niche modeling techniques. Averages models’ outputs and a protected areas layer are also provided for post processing analysis.
