Description

Our research hypothesis expects that there are principles of dialogic teaching on teachers' best practices during online class they have conducted. Additionally, from their experiences, we would like find any socio-emotional dimensions that may occur in the dialogue. The data is interview transcription of 2 informants, a teacher and a lecturer who teach English for Academic Purposes to EFL learners in Indonesia, Thailand, and US. The data can be interpreted by thematic coding corpus analysis. The thematic coding is developed under Alexande's dialogic teaching and Delahaunty's socio-emotional aspects theoretical framework. The dataset here is a raw data form which is collected from 3 episodes of interview, ranging about 2-2,5 hours of interview.
