Sequencing and protein validation datasets supporting mito-CRISPR-CBE editing analyses

Description

We are providing the raw data supporting the western blotting analyses used to confirm expression of truncated CYTB and COX3 polypeptides generated by mito-CRISPR-CBE mediated introduction of premature stop codons. In addition, we are providing sequencing data and associated analyses used to confirm mito-CRPSR-CBE mediated on-target mtDNA editing and to assess potential off-target effects. These datasets include Amplicon EZ NGS for quantitative evaluation of on-target outcomes, whole mitochondrial NGS for genome-wide assessment of mtDNA editing specificity, and NGS analysis of nuclear chromosomal regions homologous to the targeted mitochondrial genes to evaluate potential nuclear off-target editing.
