Steps to reproduce

The aggrated input data based on GTAP database v.10 is missing in the attached files. If you have a license of GTAP database v.10, then you can aggregate the data to be the input data file "stressNor.gdx" required by the model and the input data file has to be placed at the same folder as all the files provided here. To reproduce the same results, simply run "core.gms" in a GAMS environment to get results in the file "stressNor_res.gdx". the data behind the Figures 2-7 are shown in the file "DataForFigures2_7.xlsx".
