Steps to reproduce

We adopted the Box–Behnken design to optimize oligosaccharide levels in probiotics due to its superior precision and greater experimental efficiency. Trehalose, inulin, and fructo-oligosaccharide were designated as independent variables, and probiotic growth performance, quantified as OD600, was selected as the response variable. The experimental design and oligosaccharide levels are listed in Supplemental Table S1. Data analysis was performed using the Design-Expert software
