Description

Highlights 1. HG-Exos derived from HaCaT cells impair local angiogenesis and can suppress wound healing in diabetic skin. 2. Exosomal LINC01435 derived from HaCaT cells play an important role in diabetic wound healing. 3. LINC01435 inhibits angiogenesis through the YY1/HDAC8 pathway. Type of data to be uploaded (1) Whole original western blot image and agarose gel electrophoresis image; (2)LncRNA sequencing results, raw data and analysis data at the cellular level; (3)LncRNA and mRNA sequencing results of patient tissue samples, raw data and analysis data; (4)LINC01435 was used as probe, and the binding protein was pulled down for mass spectrometry.
