That dataset was supplemented with additional data from the more recent literature, primarily to increase sample size in the underrepresented groups included in the original analysis by Dececchi and Larsson (2011). Supplementary data file 2: Primary data matrix used for Figure 5A, derived from Choiniere et al. (2014) with the addition of Xunmenglong.
