Steps to reproduce

The five-expert evaluation of ICH recessiveness can be reproduced by following the structured procedure: experts are provided with ERC dimension definitions and 1–5 scale anchors, participate in a calibration session with pilot cases, independently score each ICH item on observability, carrier explicitness, and environmental association, and resolve any large discrepancies through a consensus discussion, with final scores averaged across experts.
