Description

The files contain the processed data and statistical outputs used to evaluate Tumor Volume-Aware Normalization (TVAN) of radiomic features. The files are organized according to the simulation, preclinical, and clinical validation analyses presented in the study. They include feature-level radiomic measurements before and after TVAN, tumor-volume dependence metrics, ground-truth heterogeneity analyses, nonlinear and ratio-normalization comparisons, bootstrap analyses, and clinical survival-modeling results. Clinical files additionally contain feature-level Cox regression statistics, prognostic discrimination metrics, risk-stratification results, and cross-validation outputs used to compare raw radiomics, TVAN-normalized radiomics, tumor volume, and combined models. Each workbook contains the numerical values underlying the corresponding analyses and figures reported in the manuscript.
