This data is the supplemental material for the article "A Novel AI-Based Non-Invasive Quantification Evaluation System For Facial Port-Wine Stains". The AI-based quantification system fills the gap in objective assessment of port-wine stains and offers better consistency with subjective assessments and is convenient to use for clinicians and patients compared to chromameter. This data shows the construction of this comprehensive system, containing the three related modules and the algorithm design, together with the presentation of the online software.
