Anonymized raw ADCC dataset associated with the manuscript: "How past transient viremia shape Natural Killer cells’ antibody-dependent functions in youth with perinatal HIV"
Description
This dataset contains anonymized participant-level measurements of antibody-dependent NK cell functions used for the analyses presented in the associated manuscript. Each row corresponds to one experimental condition for one participant, identified by an anonymous participant identifier (PID). No direct personal identifiers are included. The dataset includes measurements of NK cell functional responses following plasma-mediated stimulation, including degranulation (CD107a expression), cytokine production (IFN-g), polyfunctional responses and target cell killing activity. The dataset contains the variables required to reproduce the statistical analyses in the main figures of the presented manuscript. Missing values are reported as N/A and all numerical values are reported using decimal points. Variable coding: • Condition: no plasma, HIV-negative plasma (pHD), HIV-positive autologous plasma (pHIVauto), or HIV-positive heterologous plasma (pHIVhetero). • Gender: F = Female; M = Male. • Age: years at sampling. • Detectable Viral Load (VL) group: 0 = no previous detectable viremia; 1 = one previous episode of detectable viremia; 2 = two or more previous episodes of detectable viremia. • ADCC functional variables: CD107a+, IFN-g+, CD107a+IFN-g-, CD107a-IFN-g+, CD107a+IFN-g+, and CD107a-IFN-g- NK cell frequencies are reported as percentages of total NK cells. • NK cell expression variables: CD16 and Granzyme B/Perforin expression levels are reported as geometric mean fluorescence intensity values of NK cells. • Killing activity: percentage of target cell killing measured in the Infected cell elimination assay.
