Contrasting leaf traits and above-ground carbon stocks of Shorea robusta and Eucalyptus camaldulensis

Description

This dataset contains tree-level measurements for 30 Shorea robusta and 30 Eucalyptus camaldulensis trees sampled in the Bhawal Sal Forest landscape, Bangladesh. Variables include tree diameter at breast height, total tree height, individual leaf morphological measurements and tree-level mean leaf traits, together with above-ground biomass estimates derived using pantropical and Bangladesh species-specific allometric equations. The dataset supports the analyses presented in the associated manuscript.
