Description

This dataset contains the supplementary materials for the manuscript titled “Differential Inflammatory Mediation in the Association Between Psoriasis and Diabetes Mellitus: A Cross-sectional Study From the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey.” The files include the supplementary methods, study population flow diagram, exploratory smoothed curves, full baseline characteristics, regression models, variable definitions, and mediation analysis results. The study used publicly available, de-identified data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2003–2006 and 2009–2014 cycles. The analysis evaluated the association between psoriasis and diabetes mellitus and examined whether log2-transformed neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and systemic immune-inflammation index statistically mediated this association. All materials are intended to support transparency and reproducibility of the Brief Report. No identifiable patient information is included.
