Steps to reproduce

Please read the "Readme.pdf" file in the root folder. In short, you need to run the codes in the root folder in alphabetical order, via MATLAB on MS Windows, with a CUDA-enabled GPU card installed on your system. All tables and figures will be produced and saved in the "/Outputs" subfolder.
