Van Hunen Model 1: extension, Model 7: shortening, Model 4: equal contribution of extension and shortening (results shown in Figure 2 of the manuscript) Model 4t: first extension only during 7.5 Myrs and then extension and compression during 7.5 Myrs (results shown in Figure 3 of the manuscript)
