The presented dataset is data generated from the omnichannel service distribution system. The data has gone through the pre-processing process for the purposes of process mining analysis. The dataset contains traces of 5 distribution channels from Marketplace, Webstore, Social media, Social media shop, and messenger media. The attributes owned by the dataset are CAse-ID, Activities, and Timestamps. The data period is 1 week.
