This data contains ITEC-related evaluation results, including the evaluation ground truth and method results of ITEC and peer methods on the four datasets (FISH1, FISH2, MOUSE, and DRO), results supporting the iterative strategy, and results of long-term zebrafish embryo lineage reconstruction.
