Description

This proteomic study employed high-throughput liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) to systematically analyze the dynamic changes in the global proteome of human immortalized keratinocytes (HaCaT) following 30 minutes of hyperthermia stimulation at 44°C.HaCaT cells were subjected to either 44°C hyperthermia stimulation for 30 minutes or a 37°C water bath treatment for 30 minutes as the control group. Proteins were extracted 4 hours post-treatment for subsequent analysis, with three biological replicates performed for each condition. The dataset includes: hacat44-1, hacat44-2, hacat44-3: Three biological replicates of the 44°C hyperthermia-treated group. hacat37-1, hacat37-2, hacat37-3: Three biological replicates of the 37°C control group. In this dataset: FoldChange indicates the differential expression level: FoldChange > 1: The protein expression is upregulated after hyperthermia stimulation. FoldChange < 1: The protein expression is downregulated after hyperthermia stimulation. The closer the value is to 1, the smaller the change; the farther from 1, the greater the difference. logFC (log2 FoldChange) represents the log2-transformed fold change: logFC > 0: The protein expression is upregulated after hyperthermia stimulation. logFC < 0: The protein expression is downregulated after hyperthermia stimulation. The closer the value is to 0, the smaller the change; the farther from 0, the greater the difference.
