Description

297 zygotes from PCOS patients and 259 zygotes from non-PCOS patients without PCOS were observed and followed up. Embryos from the PCOS patient group had statistically significant differences in t9, tSB, tEB, and tBSC versus embryos from the control group (69.68 hpi, 108.53 hpi, 110.27 hpi, 111.87 hpi, and 8.53 hrs versus 72.47 hpi, 105.43 hpi, 107.08 hpi, 108.77 hpi, and 7.2 hrs, respectively). The waist circumference ≥ 80 cm in the PCOS group significantly influenced the morphokinetics of the embryo after compaction, with shorter events tM, tSC, and tSB, but longer intervals tBSC, tESC, and tHSC, compared to the non-PCOS group
