, Description
This dataset contains the results of mode-I fracture and fatigue experiments conducted on thick glass fiber-reinforced polymer composite-epoxy adhesive joints commonly used in wind turbine rotor blades. These joints comprise additively manufactured design elements specifically engineered to arrest cracks under quasi-static fracture and fatigue loading conditions. The dataset also includes the quasi-static tensile experimental data of composite materials and the crack-arresting features.
