Long term database of morphometric measurements of Blainville’s beaked whales off El Hierro, Canary Islands (Eastern North Atlantic population) from aerial photographs. Drone based aerial photograph collection (DJI Mavic 3 and Mavic 2) with addition of LIDAR altimeter for precise altitude estimation above the water. Data analysis using morphometric techniques based on Christiansen et al. 2018.
