Click “Create New Entry” and select “Test Batch” from the sample dataset. Enter the dummy material information (type, quantity, date) as instructed. Save the entry and refresh the page to confirm it appears in the item list. Run a search query using the batch ID to verify retrieval and indexing. Optionally edit the entry to test update and version-tracking functions.
