Description

Plasma virome-based study aimed at identifying viral sequences in HIV-infected adults on therapy and uninfected healthy controls. The dataset consists of 6 healthy controls and 6 HIV- infected adults. A, B, C, D, E and F are healthy controls whereas G, H, I, J, K and L are HIV-infected adults.
