Description

This dataset contains normative values of quadriceps muscle strength measured using a modified sphygmomanometer among healthy young adults. Participants were assessed using a standardized testing protocol to obtain objective measures of isometric quadriceps muscle strength. The dataset includes demographic characteristics (such as age, sex, height, weight, and body mass index) along with muscle strength measurements. These normative data provide reference values for clinicians, researchers, and physiotherapists to evaluate quadriceps muscle performance, monitor rehabilitation outcomes, and compare muscle strength across different populations. The dataset can be used for clinical assessments, epidemiological studies, and methodological research involving low-cost muscle strength measurement techniques.
