This is the atom probe tomography raw data files obtained from Grade 91 ferritic steels fabricated by conventional casting and powder metallurgy with hot isostatic pressing (PM-HIP) and subjected to neutron irradiation in the Advanced Test Reactor (ATR) at Idaho National Laboratory (INL) to target doses of 1 and 3 displacements per atom (dpa) at target temperature of 400ºC through the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Nuclear Energy, Nuclear Science User Facilities (NSUF) contracts 15-8242 and 23-4703.
