Description

Case series: Perioperative Anaesthesia and Coagulation Management of Haemophilic Total Hip and Knee Arthroplasty No substantially increased bleeding over expectation (compared to normal patients). No statistically significant was observed in total blood loss between multi-joint procedures and single-joint procedures. Multi-joint procedure appeared to be more efficient on consumption of FVIII concentrates than single-joint procedures.
