Supplemental Figure 1A. Patient 2: Venous leg ulcer with recurrent cellulitis and Pseudomonas predominance. Baseline shows a deep ulcer with fibrin and elevated edges. Supplemental Figure 1B. Patient 2: After 14 days (B) of Lactobacillus therapy, reduced fibrin, less erythema, granulation, and re-epithelialization were observed.
