Description

One table (1,347 rows) with, for each NIR-scanned bark or wood sample: species, tissue, sampling date, anonymized field identifier, laboratory-measured starch and soluble sugar concentrations, and every model prediction behind a reported error statistic in Sperling, Orozco & Zwieniecki, "Biological heterogeneity limits the transferability of near-infrared carbohydrate models in almond, pistachio, and walnut" (Tree Physiology, submitted). The near-infrared spectra are not included.
