Description

Variant calls and functional analysis from whole-genome sequencing data. Briefly, pre-malignant fallopian tube epithelium was grown as organoids with or without mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) extracted from the fallopian tube of germline BRCA-mutant women undergoing prophylactic surgery. Organoids were then implanted in NSG mice and followed for tumor initiation, which only occurred in mice implanted with epi-MSC organoids. The pre-implanted epithelial cells and initiated tumors then underwent whole-genome sequencing. Sample Key: Normal - pre-malignant epithelium S1 - primary tumor from mouse 1 S2 - metastatic tumor from mouse 1 S3 - metastatic tumor from mouse 2 This dataset contains the downstream analysis of our WGS data, specifically variant calls.
