Additional experimental details, including primer information, BP26 gene amplification, BP26 and OMP16 VHH gene amplification, the optimal antigen-coating conditions for BP26-3Nbs-cELISA and OMP16-3Nbs-cELISA, as well as the optimal dilution of the 3Nbs-HRP fusion protein, were determined as described below.
