Description

Compilation, protein multiple sequence alignments, and phylogenetic tree data of 855 cytoplasmic and 492 mitochondrial arginyl-tRNA synthetases from Plant, Metazoan, Non-Metazoan and Fungal eukaryotes, with a selection of prokaryote organisms for comparison. Gene organization of 804 eukaryote gene sequences (487 cytoplasmic; 208 mitochondrial; 59 plant and 50 fungal).
