The files present detailed data on the correlation between the intention of producers to license cheese production in Brazil and the social and structural characteristics of the dairy farms. Also presented are the results of the scores assigned to the items that make up the constructs of the Theory of Planned Behaviour - TCP, in the assessment of producers' intention to license cheese production.
