Description

Data includes: -Raw and processed N2O data from LiCOR LI-7820 (M_TG20-01075-2024-05-02T082500, T1_1 - T5_2) --includes time files to parse raw data into sampling times -Processed NO3- and NH4+ data (Final NO3 NH4 data) -Basic soil information (ag_analytical_soil_data) -Processed BONCAT-FACS analyses (.FCS files organized by date, .FCS files compiled into Kaluza analysis, comeplete_analysis_3_17_25_JG, pdfs of each sample analysis) --Percent of active and inactive (comeplete_analysis-Statistics) ---type: 0 = control, c = count, s = sort -- fluorescence data (comeplete_analysis-Statistics) --cell counts (all_count_data) -Track table of reads lost in 16S rRNA analysis (track_file) -BLAST query data sheet for individual ASVs identified in mEQO (ASV_info_supplement) -soil methionine concentration (methionine_LCMS_012025)
