Description

These are the data of a series of spray drying experiments conducted using the Büchi Nano Spray Dryer B-90. The data illustrates the influences of the inlet temperature, the spray solvent (hydroethanolic vs. aqueous), and the solute concentration in the spray solution on the yield, the moisture content, and the particle size of the spray-dried powder material. The data is provided in the spreadsheets (.xlsx). The compressed folders (.zip) contain selected scanning electron micrographs and differential scanning calorimetry data.
