Data accompanied with the paper "Breed susceptibility for common surgically treated orthopaedic diseases in twelve dog breeds". 1. Raw data, study population and reference population (registration numbers extracted from DjurID and DyreID), including calculations of an adjusted reference population from the combination of the study population and reference population. 2.
