Description
CSV files and R scripts for the manuscript "Microinvertebrate consumption rates of Fasciola hepatica miracidia are not affected by alternate food. " Data set 1 (Consumption) shows the consumption of Fasciola hepatica (liver fluke) miracidia by Ostracoda and Cyclopoida. The associated R script is "AreFHConsumed". Data set 2 (ConsumptionTimeTrial) shows data to determine the length of functional response experiments. The Associated R script is "EstimatingExperimentTime." Data set 3 (Functional.Response) shows data of Ostracoda and Cyclopoida consuming F. hepatica miracidia and the ciliate Paramecium caudate. The aim of this data was to determine a functional response and investigate how the presence of an alternate food source affected the consumption of miracidia. The associated R script is "FH_FunctionalResponse."
