Description

1. Grand_Contingency_table.mat -- This file has all 24 participant's behavioral response dataset in 3*3 contingency table format for 5 lags. Format - structure; one high contrast and one low contrast file; each file - 3*3*5*24. 2. Grand_psychophysical_params_table.mat -- This file has all 24 participant's psychophysical parameter dataset for 5 lags. Format - structure; 7 parameters obtained from the model; each file - 5*24. 3. n2p_ERP_all_lag_occ_par.mat and p3_ERP_all_lag_par.mat -- These two files has the data for these two ERP components for 18 EEG participants for 5 lags - n2p in occ-par electrodes and p3 in parietal electrodes. Format : double, each file 251*18*5. 4. Early_timewindow_ERP_peak_measure_all_electrode.mat and Late_timewindow_ERP_peak_measure_all_electrode.mat -- These two files have ERP components quantified as peak measure in early (150 - 300ms) and late (300-550 ms) for all electrodes for 18 participants and for 5 lags. Format : double, each file 128*90. (18*5 =90 ) 5. btw_cls_detection_discrimination_distances_lag_wise.mat -- This file contains between-class distance metrics. It has 2 1x5 cell structures, one for distances in detection dimension and the other for discrimination dimension for 5 different lags between the categories. Each element in this cell structure has distance values for every time point and from 18 subjects. This file also contains the time variable with 251 time points. 6. Fronto_Parietal_Coherence_taperParams_3_5_left_left.mat -- This file contains five coherency variables for each lag. Each variable is a subject x time x frequency dimension (i.e., 18 x 59 x 82). It also has time (59 time points) and frequency (82 frequency values) variables. 7. For_correlations_between_metrics -- This file contains multiple .mat variables (quantified coherence, quantified distance and d' for 18 subjects and for 5 lags; format : 90*1) for correlation analysis.
