Description

This dataset includes; (i) the complete flood and non-flood inventory comprising 11,330 samples (5,665 flood and 5,665 non-flood points), (ii) the processed CMIP6 precipitation-event raster datasets used for the SSP1-2.6, SSP2-4.5, and SSP5-8.5 scenarios, and (iii) the Python code implementing the CROW framework, including the CSI calculation and climate-robust refinement procedure.
