Steps to reproduce

Sequencing exon 2 of BMP15 and GDF9 genes. DNA sequence analysis by MEGA version 10.0.5. Use PolyPICker (https://www.genecalculators.net/pq-chwe-polypicker.html) to estimate the polymorphism information content (PIC) and heterozygosity (He) of the detected mutations. Use IBM SPSS version 25.0 (IBM Corp. 2017) for the statistical analyses. We separately compared the litter size between GDF9 genotypes and between BMP15 genotypes using least squares analysis in the statistical model.
