The data set shows electric conductivity values of raw milk samples of varying butterfat concentrations (1.41-5.76%), measured at a temperature range of 5.0-61oC. We further provide the volume fraction of skimmed milk and whole milk mixtures or cream and whole milk mixtures. The data set was randomly divided into 3 clusters for mathematical modelling, testing and validation.
